Information about personal data processed through the public Shopfloor Suite website and inquiries. Updated 22 October 2026.

2. Scope and customer platform data

This notice covers the public Shopfloor Suite website. Customer accounts, users, resource assignments, machine measurements, events, reports and uploaded documents are separate from website inquiries. Where a customer determines the purposes of platform processing, contact that customer about its processing and applicable notices. This page does not replace customer-specific contractual or data-processing terms.

3. Website operation

Technical request information, including IP addresses, request times and HTTP status, is processed to serve and secure the website. The website uses HTTPS. Access to administrative functions requires authentication. The purpose of this processing is reliable and secure operation; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website).

4. Contact inquiries

We process your name, email address, selected topic and message, and any company or appointment/time-zone information you provide, to respond to you. The recipient for inquiries is info@zirkeltech.com. Form sending is currently unavailable; you can contact us directly by email. Your address is used as Reply-To. The form does not enroll you in a newsletter or provide marketing consent. A successful submission means the email service accepted the message; it does not confirm that a person has read it.

For general business inquiries, the corporate source policy identifies Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; where an inquiry requests a specific service or quotation, it additionally identifies Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The privacy acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it is not marketing consent.

5. Cookies and analytics

The application uses the necessary srm_session cookie for authenticated sessions. Public language links use URL paths. The contact form does not require an authenticated session. No ZirkelTech CMS cookies are introduced by these pages. Optional public interaction measurement is gated by analytics consent in the application; contact fields are not included in those events. This notice does not claim that a specific analytics provider is active.

6. Recipients and hosting

Authorized staff process inquiries, and technical service providers support website hosting and email transmission. Contact our privacy address for information about the providers and processing relevant to your request. Customer platform access is controlled separately by account and tenant permissions.

7. Retention and transfers

Personal data is retained for its stated purpose and applicable obligations. A website inquiry can become contractual or commercial correspondence. Contact our privacy address for the retention and any international-access arrangements applicable to your information. This notice does not transfer the ZirkelTech website’s fixed cookie, CMS, log or analytics retention settings to Shopfloor Suite.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent.
